  Please email us at the official contact address listed above. We typically respond within 2 business days. Make sure your subject line clearly indicates your request (e.g., “Submission Inquiry”, etc.).

• 📝 Submission or Registration Questions:
  Before contacting us, kindly refer to the Call for Papers and Registration pages. Most common questions are already answered there.

• ✍️ When You Email Us:
  Please include your full name, paper ID (if applicable), affiliation, and the topic of your question for faster processing.

• 🆘 In Case of Urgency:
  For urgent matters during the conference period (Dec. 5–7), please call the on-site contact number that will be provided on your badge or in the final program.

• 🌐 Official Communication Only:
  All communication will be sent from official conference email addresses. If you receive suspicious or unrelated messages, please report them.

  Organizing committee or conference secretary will not ask for your credit card information in any form for room reservation or tickets. Be careful when anyone asks for it.

• 🗂 Sponsorship / Media / Collaboration:
  For partnership or sponsorship inquiries, feel free to write to us with a proposal or expression of interest.
